Applicability

This is a part of the lean start up methodology in the second stage, which is development.

Next?

Understand the market with the strategic framework.

First step: the students, in working teams, have defined a business idea in the first stage of the methodology.

Second step: the canvas must be printed in a big enough format to allow all the members of the team to interact with it and have a general vision.

Third step: all of the members of the team suggest answers to the questions asked in the canvas.

Fourth step: they reach an agreement about the best way of answering the questions through a negotiation and a selection process.

The aim of the light entrepreneurship tool such this is to be light and visual, so the whole process must be completed in an agile way.
